 It will be situated on a 3.5-hectare site where the Terminal 1 car park now resides. Essentially, a new multi-storey underground car park of about 2,500 car park spaces will replace the existing facilities, while an indoor garden (with a waterfall) will be built above.

 The massive upcoming mixed development in Paya Lebar Central will comprise seven buildings on a 3.9-hectare site. The development will also have about one million sq ft of Grade A office space across three 13- to 14-storey blocks, which will be home to some 10,000 workers.

Thomson East Coast Line - Singapore

The Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) is a joint line between the Thomson Line and the Eastern Region Line.
The 43km TEL will add 31 new stations to the existing rail network, with 7 interchange stations, which will link to the East-West Line, North-South Line, North-East Line, Circle Line and the Downtown Line.

Changi Airport Terminal 2 - Singapore

Terminal 2 opened on 22 November 1990 as part of Phase II in the original airport masterplan. Deploying a linear configuration parallel to the runways, it is located adjacent to Terminal 1 towards the south, and heralded the opening of the original skytrain system linking the two terminals via the landside.

The project comprises of the main manufacturing building, office building, utility & facility building. It is located in the 16 hectare greenfield site in Nongkhae Industrial Estate, Saraburi.


Honda Factory Rojana 304 - Thailand

Completion : 2015

With an investment of approximately 17.15 billion baht, including acquisition of the land and construction, the new plant is scheduled to become operational in 2015, with annual production capacity of 120,000 units and initial employment of around 1,200 staff. The plant will produce small and sub-compact sized vehicles.

JKT SUDIMAN CBD (SCBD) - Indonesia

SCBD is a business block in Jakarta. The business park occupy 45-hectare of land which formerly a slum neighborhood, with lands divided into 25 lots/parcels. 13-hectare of the complex are allocated for road and parking lot, so the actual land area eligible to build buildings there are 32 hectares.



Pentronas Twin Tower - Malaysia

The Petronas Twin Towers are dual skyscrapers with a postmodern design located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The two towers are connected at the 41st and 42nd floors by the sky bridge which is the highest two story bridge in the world at 170 meters high and 58 meter long.
