Admin Executive (Fasten Enterprises – Singapore)

Responsibilities:
  • Support  the checking of concur claims and other administrative tasks
  • Check expenses Claims (business Trips, other misc.) submitted in ERP System.
  • Record claims wrongly approved/ rejected by claims auditors for further follow up.
  • Follow up on claims amendments
  • Support routine payment of tax invoices and re-billing.
  • Support updating/ filing of records
  • Support any new initiatives
  • Any other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Min 6 months of working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office , Excel
