  1. Anchor the plastic fixture at the marked position of the formwork with plastic nails
  2. After placement of reinforcing bars, place the insert onto the fixture
  3. Plastic nails protruding from concrete slab can be easily removed using a hammer
  4. Screw in the bolt to the end to prevent loosening
